Our professional network of brokers market these products with the support of our administrative offices. They provide clients with personalised service, including immediate response regarding rates and coverage and turnkey claims assistance.

All our products are supported by the following value-added services exclusive to TWK clients:

With more than 200 years of combined experience, clients are in good hands and have complete peace of mind.

We currently have binder/outsource agreements with 14 significant insurers in the short-term insurance industry.

These binders give us access to bind, underwrite, amend, collect premiums and pay claims on behalf of these insurers on our in-house administration platform.

This is supported by 12 administration offices in the provinces of Mpumalanga, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo and the Western Cape in South Africa and serves as service centres for brokers and clients in these areas.

On average, 600 claims are concluded and paid monthly, amounting to approximately R5m. Our online claims portal allows clients to register and track claims as well as view historical claims.

Our administration, underwriting and claims team:

 

  • We have a team of underwriters and claims staff that are fully equipped to offer support to both Brokers and Clients using the latest insurance systems and products available in the market.

  • All the following are done in-house, making our turnaround times a lot quicker:

  • Quotations;

  • Issuing of policies;

  • Amendments to policies;

  • Issuing of border letters, vehicle confirmations and property confirmations; and

  • Claims processing and payments.
